Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup raspberry puree
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 2 cups granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions:

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine granulated sugar, corn syrup, and salt

Stir until the mixture reaches 240F 116C on a candy thermometer

Slowly pour the hot sugar syrup into the bloomed gelatin mixture, stirring continuously until well combined

Using an electric mixer, beat the mixture on high speed for 10-15 minutes until it becomes thick and fluffy

Add vanilla extract and a few drops of pink food coloring if desired and continue to beat for another 2-3 minutes

Pour the marshmallow mixture into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula

Drop dots of raspberry puree on top of the marshmallow and swirl with a toothpick to create a ripple effect

Let the marshmallow set at room temperature for at least 4 hours or overnight

Once set, dust a cutting board with powdered sugar and turn the marshmallow out onto it

Cut it into squares using a knife or cookie cutters

Dust the cut marshmallows with more powdered sugar to prevent sticking

Return the glazed burnt ends to the smoker for an additional 30 minutes, allowing them to caramelize

Instructions:

Mix in the all-purpose flour and salt one tablespoon at a time until the dough comes together

As you prepare the baking sheet, roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on it

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until they are set and slightly golden

As soon as you take the cookies out of the oven, put semisweet chocolate chips in each hole

Let the chocolate chips melt a little, and then use a spoon to fill in the gaps with chocolate

Place the crushed peppermint candies on top of the chocolate-filled holes

The cookies should cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before being moved to a wire rack to cool all the way

Put powdered sugar on top of the cookies after they have cooled down

Boozy Bacon Jam



A hint of heat from red pepper flakes is combined with the rich flavors of bacon, bourbon, and maple syrup to create the delightful concoction known as Boozy Bacon Jam. It's ideal for giving your favorite dishes a twist of sweetness and savory.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb 450g bacon, chopped
  • 1 large onion, finely diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup 120ml strong brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup 120ml bourbon whiskey
  • 1/4 cup 60ml maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup 60ml brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup 60ml apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes adjust to taste
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

Crisp up the chopped bacon by cooking it over medium-high heat in a large skillet

Take out the extra fat, leaving the skillet with about 2 tablespoons

To the skillet, add the minced garlic and the finely chopped onion

Saute them for approximately five minutes, or until the onion turns transparent and tender

After adding the bourbon whiskey and strong brewed coffee, stir to deglaze the pan and remove any browned bits from the bottom

Incorporate the apple cider vinegar, red pepper flakes, brown sugar, and maple syrup

Toss to thoroughly mix in all the ingredients

After lowering the heat to low, simmer the mixture for thirty to forty minutes, or until it thickens and takes on the consistency of jam

Stir from time to time

To taste, add salt and black pepper for seasoning

To get the right amount of heat, adjust the red pepper flakes

Take it off the heat and allow it to cool a little

Once the jam is in a food processor, pulse it a few times to get the texture you wantchunky or smooth

Before putting the Boozy Bacon Jam in the refrigerator in an airtight container, let it cool completely

Serve the jam as a condiment for your favorite recipes, or on burgers, sandwiches, cheese, and crackers

Monster Cookies



These Monster Cookies are the perfect combination of chewy, sweet, and loaded with delicious goodies like chocolate chips, M&M's, and peanut butter. They're easy to make and a hit with kids and adults alike!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 4 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup M&M's candies
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional

Instructions:

Warm your oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on baking sheets

Mix the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar together in a big bowl until the mixture is smooth and fluffy

One at a time, add the eggs and beat well after each one

Add the vanilla extract and mix well

Mix the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt together in a different bowl

Slowly add this dry mixture to the butter mixture that has been creamed, mixing just until everything is combined

Add the peanut butter, oats, chocolate chips, M&Ms, and chopped nuts if using and mix until everything is well mixed

Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheets that have been prepared

Leave some space between each cookie

After the oven is hot, bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden

Take the cookies out of the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheets before moving them to wire racks to cool all the way

After the Monster Cookies have cooled, put them in a container that won't let air in

This will keep them fresh

Gluten-Free Mayo-Free Deviled Eggs



You can make these deviled eggs without mayonnaise or gluten, and they taste great. Greek yogurt is used instead of mayonnaise because it is healthier.

Ingredients:

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions:

Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree

Instructions:
