Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber, sliced into thin rounds
- 1 carrot, cut into sticks
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced into strips
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sugar snap peas
- 1/2 cup Thai basil leaves
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/4 cup peanut sauce
- Lime wedges for garnish
Instructions:
Get the herbs, vegetables, and peanuts ready by washing and chopping them
Set out the carrot sticks, sugar snap peas, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper strips, and cucumber rounds on a platter
Add chopped roasted peanuts, Thai basil leaves, and cilantro leaves to the vegetables
Put sweet chili sauce and peanut sauce in small bowls so that people can dip their food in them
