Paleo Pumpkin Spice Latte



A Paleo-friendly version of the beloved Pumpkin Spice Latte, made with real pumpkin puree and natural sweeteners.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

In a small saucepan, heat almond milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice over medium heat, stirring occasionally

Once heated through and well combined, remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract

Pour brewed coffee into a mug

Top the coffee with the pumpkin spice mixture

Stir well to combine

Optional: Garnish with a sprinkle of additional pumpkin pie spice on top
