Easy Peanut Butter Popsicles



These vegan peanut butter popsicles are a delicious treat without any added sugar. Creamy and satisfying, they're perfect for a hot day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts optional, for topping

Instructions:

Put peanut butter, banana, almond milk, and vanilla extract in a blender

Mix everything together until it's smooth

Place the mix into popsicle molds

Place a popsicle stick in each mold

If you want, you can sprinkle chopped roasted peanuts on top

It needs to be frozen for at least 4 hours or until it is solid

Run popsicles under warm water for a few seconds to get them out of the molds

Serve and have fun!
